Profile
With over three decades of deep technology experience working closely with large Corporate and Public Sector Clients, Nalin has undertaken leadership roles on complex Client Change Programmes and is recognised for his wealth of experience in troubleshooting and delivering to a successful outcome. Nalin operates across full lifecycle from sales, solutioning and delivery of technology and advisory services.
With deep international experience working on large scale Digital programmes to transform the customer experience using new technologies that also reduce cost and increase revenue. He has spoken at external conferences on the topics of Agile, Design Thinking and Central Bank Digital Currencies.
Nalin represented Accenture UK on the Steering Committee member of the Digital Pound Foundation. This brings together the public and private sector to fully engage in the design, development and adoption of a digital Pound and contributing to its successful roll-out and helping drive forward the UK’s transition to a digital economy.

Nalin managed a portfolio of international clients and strategic partners that span sales, solutioning and delivery. Responsible providing advice and guidance on Central Bank Digital Currency and Digital Asset adoption. He served as Global CBDC Co-Lead and managed strategic partners including Giesecke + Devrient GmbH, Ripple, R3 and AWS.

Central Bank Digital Currency
Bank for International Settlements
Background: To prove the hypothesis of how Distributed Ledger Technology can improve cross border payments between China, Hong Kong, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates.
Challenge: To enable central banks and commercial banks to participate in a pilot using real value transactions.
Outcome: The project demonstrated US$12.1M of liquidity issued on a new platform. A total of 164 cross border payments and FX PvP transactions totalling $22.1M.
Global Workforce Transformation
Large US Investment Bank
Background: To achieve a pivot from traditional (waterfall) ways of working to improve the speed of bringing new services to market.
Challenge: To define the journeys and deliver a compelling learning experience at scale using in person, virtual and digitised means.
Outcome: Designed and delivered workforce transformation services to over 20,000 employees across 13 counties, driving both a meaningful culture shift and improved business performance.

Background: To provide a new re-imagined digital customer journey for current accounts, credit cards and loans.
Challenge: To programme manage across legacy IT teams and external third party service providers.
